Using an Established Project Workflow

To ensure project success it’s important all parties involved understand their roles, responsibilities, when to contribute their part and dependencies across the team. Below is an example of a standard project workflow used for large enterprises.

• This workflow establishes a consistent end-to-end strategy clients and members of the development team reference throughout the project lifecycle.

• I find that categorizing this in-depth workflow into understandable ADDIE components better facilitates communicating the plan to executive management.
