Rapport Administrative Software Interactive Sales Tool
While serving as an instructional designer at Netier Technologies, Inc., I found myself in the position to create marketing content for the hardware and software products we sold. Our in-house software development team developed the Rapport Administrative Software (which was used by IT administrators to manage and scale thin-client hardware and software throughout an enterprise).
Our sales team needed an effective sales presentation to help explain Rapport’s features, advantages and benefits. Given I worked for our marketing manager, I was tasked with finding and leading a motion graphic design team in Austin, Texas to create this interactive sales presentation.
For this project:
I collaborated with our president, marketing manager, software developers, and our sales team to analyze and define the sales messaging goals and objectives
I wrote the script and worked closely with the marketing manager to refine its message to ensure alignment with company marketing strategies and communications
I sourced an Austin-based motion graphic design company, negotiated project timeline and costs, and led the project planning and deliverable timeframe
I worked closely with each motion graphic designer to ensure all visuals and animations reflected true software implementation and use
I ensured the look and feel aligned with our company brand guidelines from beginning to end
I drove the implementation strategies with our internal sales team and trained each person on how to use this tool during sales calls
